Select Data from the exchange mailbox source

Select Data from the Source

The process starts with selecting the source whose mailbox or public folder data you want to migrate. There are 3 sources to select from:

Once the source is selected, provide the necessary credentials to establish the connection. Preview the mailboxes and select the desired mailboxes from the tree-like structure or import using a CSV file.

Apply Mailbox Filters and Settings

When you migrate data using Exchange email migration software, you can use available filters to make sure that selective data is transmitted to the destination. Select or deselect the mailboxes/ public folders. Use the Date filter and Folder filter to specify the mailboxes you want in the target Exchange environment. • Synchronization Settings: Use it to synchronize source data with the target, vice-versa, or both ways.
  • Blackout Settings: Allows you to select a duration of the day to allow or deny the migration process.
  • Notification Settings: Configure the email address to receive notifications about the running process.
