Ella Kietlinska needed to migrate one of her e-mail accounts from Thunderbird to Microsoft Outlook. However, there was no easy way to convert the email folders that were originally created under Thunderbird into Microsoft Outlook folders.

Solution

Ella Kietlinska searched various technical support sites for a solution to migrate Thunderbird account to Outlook and found out about the Kernel software. She first installed the trial version of Kernel and converted a sample of email folders. The results were satisfactory, so she purchased the software. After she installed it, she successfully converted her Thunderbird folders into .pst files used by Microsoft Outlook.
