Check if you are logged in on another machine. If you are logged in on another machine, close all connections, wait for 20-30 minutes, and then again try to sign into your account.
If there is a problem in Mail server, ask the System Administrator to stop the mail tasks executing on your account from mail server.
If there is some internal problem with the user account then wait for 20-30 minutes and then try again.
In case, the user account has been crashed or there is some problem with .DBX file then you need to create a new your account.
